Jonathan Corrado

Chief Nuclear Officer, Business Unit Director, Sustainability

John Corrado leads Business Development for Paschal managing customer pipelines, capture planning, teaming strategies, and proposal development to drive growth across the company. Additionally, as Business Unit Director for Sustainability, he oversees services in decommissioning and decontamination (D&D), waste management, environmental protection, and nondestructive assay (NDA) for waste characterization. His leadership ensures Paschal’s clients receive solutions that emphasize safety, minimize residual hazards, and fully meet regulatory and quality requirements.

With more than 20 years of combined industry and military experience, John has held leadership roles in both the nuclear and defense industries and currently serves as a Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve. A licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and Project Management Professional (PMP), he holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, a Master of Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, and a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from Colorado State University. His blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership makes him a trusted partner for Paschal’s clients and an asset to the company’s long-term growth.

As Director of Human Resources, Tammy Gross leads the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with Paschal Solutions’ organizational goals. She oversees all aspects of workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management while ensuring compliance with labor laws, industry standards, and company policies. Tammy partners closely with executive leadership and business unit managers to support annual operating plan goals, ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent. Her leadership fosters a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive workplace culture where employees are empowered to thrive.

With more than 9 years of extensive experience in human resources management, Tammy brings expertise in recruitment, talent development, benefits administration, HR systems, and employee relations. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri and is deeply engaged in her community through the Anderson County Chamber of Commerce. Tammy currently serves on the Chamber’s Government Relations Committee, is a past board chair, and a member of the ACCC Foundation board. She also leads and participates in local charitable and philanthropic initiatives, reflecting her commitment to service both inside and outside the workplace. Her dedication to people and community ensures Paschal Solutions grows with a workforce aligned to its mission and values.

As Senior Vice President of Nuclear Operations and Chief Technology Officer, Clint Gross provides technical leadership and strategic oversight across Paschal Solutions’ most advanced initiatives. In his role as Business Unit Director for Advanced Technology, he leads projects from concept through execution, ensuring technical excellence, innovation, and regulatory compliance. Clint oversees engineering teams, mentors emerging talent, and directs technology roadmaps that position Paschal at the forefront of emerging nuclear technologies, including advanced reactors, fuel fabrication, and novel process designs. His leadership ensures clients benefit from solutions that improve safety, minimize licensing risk, and enhance operational efficiency in complex nuclear environments.

With more than 33 years of nuclear engineering experience—including 28 years in nuclear criticality safety—Clint brings unmatched expertise in applying DOE and NRC frameworks to next-generation systems. His career includes senior roles supporting facilities such as the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant, Uranium Processing Facility at the Y-12 Site, Centrus Energy’s HALEU Demonstration, and TRISO-X fuel fabrication projects. Clint is an experienced commercial reactor engineer with startup physics testing, fuel handling and in-core monitoring system engineering experience. Clint is recognized for his in-depth knowledge of most uranium enrichment processes with particular expertise in technologies involving UF6 and HALEU enrichment. Clint is also recognized for his depth of knowledge and experience in specialized engineering (e.g., shielding for CAAS detector placement, code validation, fire protection engineering applied to nuclear criticality safety controls, detector efficiency calculations for non-destructive assay). Clint has been an active member of ANSI/ANS-8.1 and 8.24 standards working groups, and holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla, he combines technical mastery with strategic vision to advance innovation to sustain Paschal’s reputation as an industry leader.

In his role Lane ensures direction and alignment across executive leadership, positioning Paschal Solutions as a trusted partner delivering innovative, high-quality solutions to clients.

With more than 25 years in the nuclear industry, Lane has built extensive expertise in nuclear safety and nuclear criticality safety while also overseeing all aspects of business management. A licensed Professional Engineer, he holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and both a B.S. and M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Tennessee. His career includes senior engineering and consulting roles supporting the DOE, NRC, and major contractors at facilities such as Y-12, Portsmouth, Paducah, Savannah River, among others. Lane is recognized for his proficiency in SCALE and MCNP analysis, safety evaluations, and program development, as well as his ability to guide organizations through complex technical and regulatory challenges. His leadership blends deep technical knowledge with strategic vision, ensuring Paschal Solutions continues to grow in value, capability, and reputation.

She provides direct leadership for business services, human resources, contracts, procurement, and operational management while collaborating closely with the CEO on high-level decisions. Tracey drives operational excellence by creating business initiatives, developing policies that enhance efficiency, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. Her leadership fosters a collaborative, high-performance culture that supports both client success and long-term organizational growth.

With more than 27 years of experience in the nuclear industry—including two decades at an NRC-regulated facility—Tracey brings extensive expertise in nuclear safety, operations management, and program leadership. She has served in roles such as Nuclear Safety Group Manager, NCS Group Manager, and Project Section Manager, leading multidisciplinary teams to meet complex safety and regulatory requirements. At Paschal, she has provided program and project management support for major DOE initiatives, including HALEU Demonstration, TRISO fuel fabrication, and DUF6 operations, where her leadership ensured projects met stringent safety, quality, and schedule objectives. A summa cum laude graduate of Murray State University with a B.S. in Mathematics and a Physics minor, Tracey combines a strong technical foundation with proven executive leadership to guide Paschal Solutions’ growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.

As Vice President of Finance and Business Operations and Business Unit Director for Deterrence, Brad Dunn leads Paschal Solutions’ efforts to ensure mission assurance and nuclear safety for critical defense-related infrastructures. He oversees delivery of engineering and specialty services to the DOE, NNSA, and commercial nuclear sectors, helping clients maintain secure, reliable operations, meet regulatory demands, and mitigate risk in mission-critical environments. In parallel, Brad directs corporate finance and business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and compliance, ensuring Paschal’s fiscal health and sustainable growth. His leadership integrates business strategy with operational execution, aligning financial performance with organizational goals.

With more than 28 years of experience in finance, project management, and business operations, Brad brings deep expertise in program controls, earned value management, and large-scale project integration. He holds a B.S. in Engineering Science/Physics with a minor in Mathematics from Bob Jones University. His career includes leadership roles supporting DOE, NASA, USACE, and commercial clients, where he managed multi-million-dollar budgets, implemented forecasting models, and integrated business processes following acquisitions. Brad partners with business unit leaders to allocate resources effectively, mitigate risks, and strengthen operational efficiency, while also providing oversight of accounting, payroll, and reporting. His blend of financial acumen and operational leadership ensures Paschal Solutions continues to deliver both strategic value and reliable performance to its clients.

As Business Unit Director for Enrichment, Ralph Winiarski leads Paschal Solutions’ work supporting uranium enrichment operations with deep technical and regulatory expertise. His team provides critical services in nuclear criticality safety (NCS) consulting, integrated safety analysis (ISA), safety basis development, and regulatory/licensing support under both DOE and NRC frameworks. Ralph oversees projects that require specialized understanding of UF₆ and its byproducts—including physicochemical behavior and associated risks—enabling enrichment clients to operate safely, maintain compliance, and accelerate project timelines. His leadership ensures Paschal Solutions continues to deliver innovative, practical solutions that strengthen safety and reliability in enrichment operations.

With more than 30 years of experience in the nuclear industry, Ralph is a licensed Professional Engineer with extensive expertise spanning nuclear safety analysis, project management, and emergency management. He has held senior engineering and management roles at facilities including Portsmouth, Paducah, Westinghouse Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility, and the Uranium Processing Facility. His career includes managing multi-million-dollar budgets, directing teams of engineers and operators, and restoring regulatory confidence at key facilities. A member of the American Nuclear Society and participant in ANSI/ANS working groups, Ralph has published and presented on criticality safety and regulatory methodology. His combination of technical depth, leadership, and proven results makes him a trusted leader guiding Paschal’s Enrichment Business Unit.

Paschal was founded in 2000 by Lane Paschal with a vision to provide world-class engineering services. Initially established as a small business, Paschal has grown into a leading provider of nuclear safety, regulatory, engineering, and management services, catering to both private industry and the U.S. Government.   Over the years, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering effective, efficient, and safe solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.

The company’s journey began with a focus on nuclear safety and regulatory support, offering expertise to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) facilities and Department of Energy (DOE) regulated facilities. As Paschal expanded, it diversified its services to include design engineering, fire protection engineering, radiation protection engineering, and non-destructive assay engineering. These services are aimed at enhancing safety and improving process efficiency. Additionally, Paschal provides program and project management, as well as technical writing services, leveraging the extensive experience of its professional staff.
