We provided oversight for the development of reference materials for in situ characterization and implemented a Performance Demonstration Program to ensure reliable in situ measurements in support of Decontamination and Decommissioning activities. Additionally, we performed independent assessments of NDA programs for determining radionuclide content in waste and process equipment and developed the technical basis for NDA neutron and gamma measurements for an operating uranium enrichment facility.
